Agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of theshoezone.com and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The store is operated by Talent Group LLC, DBA TheShoeZone.com.

Eligibility & accounts. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to purchase. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure.

Products, pricing & availability. We aim to display products, colors, and prices accurately, but errors can occur and inventory changes. We may correct errors, change prices, and limit or cancel quantities or orders, and will refund you if we cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Orders & acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these terms.

Shipping, returns & taxes. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Intellectual property. All site content is owned by us or our partners and protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or use it without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability. The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Group LLC and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.

Governing law & disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, except where applicable law gives you other rights.
