Shipping policy
Where we ship. TheShoeZone.com ships within the United States only, including most U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
How your order ships. TheShoeZone.com is a curated retailer. Many of our shoes ship directly from our U.S. brand partners. If your order contains items from more than one brand, it may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking, and you are never charged extra for it.
Processing time. Orders are processed and ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a shipping email with tracking once each package leaves the warehouse.
Delivery time & cost. Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Standard shipping under $50 is a flat $6, shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the brand partner and your location. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking, lost & damaged packages. Use the link in your shipping email to track each package. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or an item arrives damaged, contact support@theshoezone.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it ships, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
