Privacy policy
Who we are. TheShoeZone.com is operated by Talent Group LLC, a U.S. limited liability company doing business as TheShoeZone.com, located at [LEGAL ADDRESS]. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect. Information you provide: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and similar analytics gathered through cookies (see our Cookie Policy). From third parties: fraud-prevention, analytics, and advertising partners may share limited data to help us operate and secure the store.
How we use your information. To process and ship your orders, provide support, prevent fraud, personalize and improve the store, send transactional emails, and, with your consent, send marketing.
How we share your information. Brand partners & fulfillment: because items often ship directly from our U.S. brand partners, we share the order details needed to ship your purchase. Service providers: Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, email/SMS, analytics, and support tools, each only as needed. Legal & safety: when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or the public. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for analytics or advertising may count as a sale or sharing under California law; see our Do Not Sell or Share page.
Your rights. Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing. Email support@theshoezone.com to exercise any right. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Data retention & security. We keep personal information as long as needed to provide the store, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
Children's privacy. Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).
Changes & contact. We may update this policy and will revise the effective date. Questions: support@theshoezone.com
