Return & Refund Policy

Our promise: 30-day, free returns on unworn shoes.

Return window. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

What's eligible

  • Unworn, undamaged shoes in their original condition.
  • Returned in the original shoebox and packaging, with all tags and inserts.
  • Try shoes on a clean, soft indoor surface; soles must be unmarked.

Not eligible: worn or visibly used shoes, items missing their original box, final-sale or clearance items marked non-returnable, and gift cards.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Go to theshoezone.com/returns (or use the link in your order confirmation).
  2. Enter your order number and email to open our self-serve returns portal.
  3. Choose a refund or an exchange and print your prepaid return label.

Free return shipping. U.S. return shipping is on us. Exchanges reserve your new pair while your return is on its way back.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we issue your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post it.

Exchanges & wrong/defective items

Need a different size or color? Start an exchange in the portal. If you received the wrong item or a defective pair, contact support@theshoezone.com within 7 days and we'll cover everything, including any reshipment.
