Refund policy

Our promise: 30-day, free returns on unworn shoes.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and undamaged, in their original shoebox and packaging, with all tags and inserts. Try shoes on a clean, soft indoor surface; soles must be unmarked. Final-sale or clearance items marked non-returnable and gift cards are not eligible.

How to start: go to theshoezone.com/returns, enter your order number and email, choose a refund or exchange, and print your prepaid return label. U.S. return shipping is free.

Refund timing: once your return is received and inspected, we issue your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional days to post it.

If you received the wrong item or a defective pair, contact support@theshoezone.com within 7 days and we'll cover everything, including any reshipment.
