Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from the supplier brand and arrive in 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. You'll get a tracking email when each package leaves the warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $6.
Why does my order ship from a different brand?
TheShoeZone.com is a curated U.S. store that sources from trusted brands through Shopify Collective, so each pair ships directly from the brand that makes it. You always check out once, in one cart.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States and most U.S. territories only.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
Returns are free for 30 days from delivery on unworn shoes in their original packaging. Start a return at theshoezone.com/returns; we email a prepaid label and refund within 5 business days of receipt.
Can I exchange for a different size or width?
Yes. Start an exchange in the returns portal and we'll reserve the new size or width while it's in stock, then ship it once your original pair is dropped off.
How long do refunds take?
We issue your refund within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my correct size online?
Use the fit finder on each product page. Enter your usual size in two brands you already own and we recommend the best fit for that specific model. See our Size & Width Guide to measure at home.
How do I find my width — M, N, W, or WW?
Width is measured across the ball of your foot. Medium (M) is standard, Narrow (N) is for slimmer feet, and Wide (W) and Extra-Wide (WW) add room across the forefoot.
What if I'm between sizes?
For most lifestyle sneakers, size up a half size. For wool or knit shoes, your usual size is usually best because the upper stretches.

Do you carry extra-wide (WW) shoes for women?
Yes, across walking, casual, dress, and sandals. Use Shop By → Width → Extra-Wide to see every in-stock pair.
Do you sell wide-width men's shoes?
Yes. Use Shop By → Width → Wide to filter the full men's catalog to wide (W) and extra-wide (WW) sizes.
Benefits & Features
What does orthotic-friendly mean?
It means the shoe has a removable insole and enough depth to fit a custom or aftermarket orthotic. Filter to them at Shop By → Benefit → Orthotic-Friendly.
Which shoes are best for arch support?
Shoes labeled with arch support have built-in arch contouring for medium to high arches. Browse them at Shop By → Benefit → Arch Support.
Which shoes are waterproof?
Waterproof shoes have a sealed upper or membrane that keeps rain out, and they're tagged under Shop By → Benefit → Waterproof.
Materials & Care
Are wool sneakers machine washable?
Most merino wool sneakers can be cold-washed on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and air-dried. Never tumble-dry. Check the care note on each product page.

Is TheShoeZone.com the same as Shoe Zone in the UK?
No. TheShoeZone.com is an independent United States store and is not affiliated with Shoe Zone PLC, the U.K. retailer at shoezone.com.
Where do you source your shoes?
We source from U.S.-based brands through Shopify Collective. Every brand is vetted for product quality, shipping speed, and a fair return policy.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Shop Pay Installments lets you split eligible orders into four interest-free payments.
Orders
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
If your order hasn't been routed to the brand yet, we can usually cancel within 30 minutes. Reply to your confirmation email or use the chat widget right away.
