DMCA / Intellectual Property Policy

How to file a notice

Email a written notice to support@theshoezone.com with the subject “DMCA Notice” that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice & repeat infringers

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury. We may remove infringing content and, in appropriate cases, terminate repeat infringers.
